Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@elvesta.shop so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
